About St Basils Aged Care Services - Community Aged Care Packages (Greek Orthodox)

Community Aged Care Packages for Greek Orthodox people offer an integrated package of services for frail older people. Services include: home help, laundry, shopping, home maintenance, cooking and personal care. Packages are extremely popular as they are based on a single point of contact for people assessed as needing a range of services. To receive a package an Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT) must assess older people as eligible. Basil's Aged Care Services (Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of Australia) provides a quality service to the frail and people with disabilities who are residents of the Metro area. Through the provision of practical assistance, encourage and enable them to maintain their independence and remain in their own homes as long as possible.
