The organisation also offers ILUs, Day Care Centre, High & Low Care facilities k& frail aged unit (secure). Homecare services operate to provide PAC for several hospitals, nursing & hc for DVA.Self referral. Avaiablel for children, youth, adults, frail aged and the disabled. Support provided for families and carers. Service area from Mordialloc Creek to Portsea, on both sides of the Peninsula and as broad as Pakenham / Cardinia.
