About Trewint Community Programs - Scott Club

The Scott Club is a Home and Community Care (HACC) Planned Activity Group (PAG) for the frail aged, those with intellectual & physical disabilities & dementia. Clients can self refer or be referred by family or service providers. Clients need to live in the City of Greater Dandenong and satify assessment conducted by the Scott Club.
