Multicultural HACC program. This service offers home and support services to enable frail aged people to remain in their own homes and maintain their independence as alternative to admission to low level residential care. they are able to offer interpreter services in the following languages - English, Polish, Czech and Slovak, Croatian, Serbian, Macedonian, Slovenian, Italian, Spanish, Russian and Ukrainian.
