Veterans' Home Care (VHC) :-nUnder contract to the Department of Veterans' Affairs, the St Ives Group, operating as "Aged Care Services Australia" Pty Ltd, provides a Veterans' Home Care assessment and coordination service in the East and South West Metro regions of WA. nThis program provides services and care to eligible veterans, and war widows/widowers with appropriate Gold or White card. nThe services available are:- Home help, personal care, home and garden maintenance and respite care. DVA also provides community nursing and funding for in-home and resident respite for up to 28 days. nTo access these services , call your Veterans' Home Care Assessment Agency on 1300 550 450, or nAsk your GP, LMO or health professional to call your Veterans' Home Care Assessment Agency. Assessments are free. nThis is a service for veterans only.
