Volunteer Home Support Provide Home and Community Care (HACC) services for frail aged and younger people with a disability, living in the boundaries of City of Fremantle, City of Cockburn, City of Melville, Town of East Fremantle. VHS provides the following services: Recreational Outing once a week with a meal and movie plus assistance with shopping and banking. Home Maintenance includes Lawn mowing and Gardening, Rubbish Removal and other cleaning not covered under Domestic Assistance. Home Modification for example Door buzzers, Rails, Ramps. Domestic Assistance, House work general excluding ironing and laundry, Shopping and Banking on behalf of client and Community Transport . Overall the services provided are domestic assistance ,home maintenance , home modification(within the capacity of a home handyman; not if tradies or structural engineers involved),transport and social outings once a week. Have capacity for transport at all times.
