The York District Hospital MPS provides :-n- Accidents and Emergency (24 hours) n- Allied Health n- Child and Community Health n- General Medical Services n- Health Promotion and Education n- Home and Community Care (HACC) n- Hostel - Pioneer Memorial Lodge n- Nursing Home (Sandalwood Hse)n- Outpatient Services n- X-Ray Services nYork Health Services MPS comprises York Hospital and Sandalwood House Nursing Home (co-located - 11 beds acute, 7 beds nursing home), and Pioneer Memorial Lodge (frail aged hostel, 1.5km from hospital site - 15 beds). Primary health services are managed by the Wheatbelt Public Health Unit. The HACC service is also at the hospital and Dee Backshall is the HACC Coordinator and the services offerred are :- Assessment ; CSIA : Centre-Based Day Care ; Domestic Assistance ; Home Maintenance ; Meals ; Nursing Care ; Personal Care ; Respire ; Social Support and Transport.
