Young House provides support services for young people and their families with :-n-Crisis accommodation (SAAF Program)for 15 to 25 years who are / or at risk of homelessness. n-Information and referral n-Tenancy and post crisis support nLive in support and casual support to young people who call at the refuge for food, information, or other support. n-Outreach and pre-crisis support . Albany Youth Outreach provides early intervention support to prevent crisis and is available to all adolescents. Supported Housing Outreach and Tenancy(SHOT) provides post crisis support to young people for transition to independent living. n-Youth Arts Studio . Open Access is a youth arts studio for marginalised young people. n-Family Mediation . The Harmony Family Mediation Project offers families a mediation service and it is intended this program will help families stay together and learn new skills to relate to each other.nTrue Colours Program for transgender issues.
