About 121 Employment

Provides support to people with disabilities to obtain and maintain employment in the regular labour market. There are two teams of staff, one working with people with a psychiatric disability and the other working with people with an intellectual disability. Services provided include: Setting employment goals Developing job seeking skills Securing employment Gaining work experience They also offer ongoing support to assist the person to maintain their job. The type of support offered is designed to empower each individual to reach their goals and potential.
