About 60 and Better Healthy Ageing Program Winton

60 and Better programs are managed by older people and are located throughout Queensland. Committees meet regularly to plan activities, discuss health issues and decide on directions for the program. All 60 and Better activities have an amphasis on activity, i.e. aqua aerobics, walking, old time and line dancing, croquet, monthly guest speakers on topics relevant to healthy ageing, monthly social bus trips, monthly evening or luncheon social occasions.
