About 60 and Better Program - Barcaldine

60 and Better programs are managed by older people and are located throughout Queensland. Committees meet regularly to plan activities, discuss health issues and decide on directions for the program. Program promotes healthy ageing in community participation through physical, emotional, social and intellectual development. Gentle exercises and Tai Chi classes. Also has woodwork and croquet.
