Provides health advice and services for Aboriginals and Torres Strait Islanders in the Northern Sydney area. Services include local health services, advocacy, social support, information about hospital and community health services, accommodation (nursing home care, respite care and services for country patients) and financial help (pensions and benefits, Isolated Patient's Travel and Accommodation Scheme - IPTAAS). Other services available are : personal support (separation from family and home, grief and loss) and help at home (the service organises home visits in Northern Sydney and in country areas by local Aboriginal Hospital Liaison Officers).
