About ACAT-Orange Extended Care Service

The Aged Care Assessment Team provides aged care assessments for people who may need to access Australian Government Funded Aged Care Services including approval for Community Aged Care Packages (CACP), Extended Aged Care at Home packages (EACH) and/or Residential care (both permanent and/or respite) in Residential Aged Care facilities (Nursing Homes and Hostels) and other programs currently being offered.
