Achieve Foundation provides accommodation and employment support to people with disabilities to achieve their individual goals as valued community members. *The Accommodation Services provide support to people in their homes and in a range of community settings. The types of support include teaching new skills, assisting people to maintain their homes, cooking, grooming and hygiene, attending medical and other services, shopping, maintaining contact with family and friends and getting out and about in the community. *The Employment Services support people to obtain jobs that best match their skills and interests and provide stable long-term employment opportunities.
