About Active Linking Initiative

Focuses on facilitating access to community based services. Links to services includes recreational, leisure, educational, cultural and vocational. The support will be provided through implementing a simple individualised service plan. The Hunter Valley House With No Steps received core funding to manage this project and will provide intensive input and pre training prior to the commencing.
