The ADT cannot review government decisions unless the law under which the decision is made permits it. It cannot resolve disputes with local councils. Eligibility: For administrative review - Anyone in NSW who has made a claim under an approved authority and is seeking a review. For other matters - The Tribunal can resolve some civil disputes relating to NSW laws and make determinations in relation to NSW professional discipline issues in accordance with specific statutory provisions.
