About ADSSI Ltd - Community Social Support Program

The Community Social Support program provides social support for the frail aged and younger people with disabilities within the Wyong shire. . The support service is provided by brokered services and offers a wide range of support options e.g. Tansport to Doctors' appointments, Hairdressers, Shopping and banking. Small and large group activities i.e. bus trips to local coffee shops and one-on-one trips volunteers are there to provide assistance to clients on these trips. The program has volunteers who will visit clients in their home. Some one off individual transports to clients for medical appointments is provided as required. A small amount of ongoing weekly or fortnightly services for individual shopping. A Men's discussion group is held at the centre (Listed separately) and is also run by the Community Support Program. Services are monitored by the Client Coordinator.
