The Gosford & Wyong Dementia Respite Service provides planned in home respite and emergency unplanned respite for people caring for someone with short term memory loss/confusion/cognitive impairment. An assessment will be done with the aim to build on the skills and resources of the client, his/her carer and the informal care network.
