About Adult Mental Health Service - Therapy Team - Northern Sydney Central Coast Health

The therapy team provides individual and group therapy for people who have experienced depression, anxiety and childhood trauma. The team may see the client individually or the client may be invited to join a therapy group specific to their particular problem. There is a long waiting list for individual therapy. Other groups run are Obsessive Conpulsive Disorder (OCD) and Social Phobia. Groups are run during school terms. Assessment given for each individual person referred to the therapy team.
