These services assist organisations to achieve a productive and rewarding work environment for both the individual and company.Clients are referred from GPs and insurance companies and Centrelink for job capacity assessments.Independent assessments are made to private companies on various OSH issues and to mining companies on an employees physical ableness for the job. Centrelink clients are also given pre-work conditioning programs and rehab if needed. This is a rehab service provided by various allied health professionals to allow injured and disabled workers to get back into the workplace.
