This 143 bed facility provides both high and low level care including 99 high level beds and 44 low level beds and residents must have an ACAT assessment. Services include Respite, Ageing in Place, Palliative care nursing, a semi-secure Dementia area, Physiotherapist, Tube feeding, Occupational Therapy Assistant provides activities daily including entertainment, an exercise program and quizzes while an OT oversees an individual program for each resident. A Podiatrist visits on a weekly basis, a Speech Pathologist is available on an as needs basis and a Hairdresser visits 1 day per week. The Community Visiting Scheme is available. Bus is nearby and the facility uses transport provided from City of Rockingham for organised outings. Pets are allowed to visit the premises and pets are negotiable for low care residents.
