This is a 24 hour care and contact service.nThe service provides health assessments which are performed in conjunction with the client and GP.nService also provides:n- Post Hospital Care: - Removal of sutures and clips, dressings to wounds and observations.n- Personal care: - showering client and/or assisting client, dressing of wounds,nRespite care, Domestic assistancen- Social support: - outings, companionship. nAll staff are qualified Registered Nurses with experience in home nursing.nCovers Wollongong, Shellharbour and Kiama Local Government Areas.
