About Aftercare

This service offers skills based learning and support for adults (16+) who have an Intellectual disability. The service can assist in developing skills in cooking, cleaning, budgeting, referring to employment agencies, using public transport, socialising, recreational activities and accessing the community. Support will be given in the home and local community according to individual needs.
