Services for people having difficulty managing, due to illness, disability or old age, offering general and/or specialised advice and practical support. Staff offer a range of services to carers and families. A person may be seen at home, in an outpatient clinic or admitted to hospital. Help provided includes; treatment, therapy, consultation, support, information about residential aged care facilities, practical help for carers, equipment and aids.
