Aged Care Services Australia provides HACC services, CACPs and EACH (Gen and CALD) . The CACPs and EACHs are a coordinated package of home care services backed by a 24-hour emergency assistance line. Eligibility for this service is determined by an ACAT. Services include assistance with personal care, meal preparation, emotional support, cleaning , laundry,shopping and transport. HACC provides :- Personal Care , Domestic Assistance , Respite and Social Support . HACC Dementia Specific -nAdditional to our basic Home and Community Care services is a program designed specifically to meet the needs of people with the early onset of dementia and their carers. The program focuses on providing services which assist consumers to retain their memories by developing Living Histories at the same time as providing basic services.
