Provides information and advocacy if required, also links to other services such as Transport, Home Maintenance and Modifications, Home delivered meals, Respite options, Personal care, Shopping, Cleaning, Community nursing and other health issues and Community Aged Care Packages.nProvides some "one on one" support during difficult times. Also provides centre based programs for people who are socially isolated and a Memory Loss Respite group designed to provide respite for carers of people with dementia.
