About Alzheimer's Australia Victoria (AAV) - Grampians

Provides counselling support for carers and their families of people suffering with dementia. Access is available to a range of resources, internet, pamphlets, audio-visual and book lists for clients. The counsellor is able to make home visits or arrange to meet at venues close to a person's home. Support groups for people suffering early dementia and their carers/families are also available. Talks to residential and community groups can be arranged.
