Our 18 retirement villages offer independent living accommodation and support service options. nDesigned for fully independent older people, accommodation styles vary from bedsitters to one, two and three bedroom units along with a range of amenities. nOn-site Village Co-ordinators and Caretakers are located in most villages attending to residents' needs and property maintenance issues. nDepending upon your financial circumstances, and the village you want to live in. You have the choice of purchasing a lease for life, or opting for a resident funded, or subsidized tenancy.
