About Anglicare Tasmania Inc. - Shared Homes Program

This program works with residents, families, support services and advocates to provide opportunities to exercise self-determination and to develop increased independence. Provides physical, emotional and social support to residents; facilitating the acquisition of independent living skills by developing and implementing programs designed to enable residents to reach their maximum potential, enhance their quality of life and integrate into the general community. The program also provides 'Tenancy Support' options for individuals in their own homes.
