About Anxiety and Depression Group - Northern Sydney Central Coast Health

Anxiety and Depression Therapy groups are held at various venues on the Central Coast. Client needs to ring Central Intake on (02) 4320 3500 and staff will then refer them to the appropriate centre for the next group. Groups are usually held over a period of approximately 10 weeks with one meeting per week (not held in school holidays). Over 65 yrs are referred through the Aged Mental Health team and 18 yrs and under go through YAT - Youth Assessment Team (or through CC Youth Health Services or Child and Family Health services depending upon age group or nature of the problem.
