Arthritis ACT was established in 1977 with the aim of improving the quality of life of people in the ACT with arthritis, osteoporosis and other muscloskeltal conditions. Groups, seminars and workshops on topics relevant to the needs of members and the general public. Self-management courses designed to improve the quality of life of people with musculoskeletal conditions. Exercise programs including warm water exercise (hydrotherapy). Health promotion and research.
