Provides a wide range of information and advice about captioning. Promotes captioning to, and its use by, the Deaf and hearing impaired community. Develops and expands captioning, produces captions for audio and video. Captions render the entire soundtrack of a TV program, commercial, video, DVD or cinema screenings as a text at the bottom of the screen including sound effects and music. Free publication "Access All Areas" and a free information booklet is also available.
