About Australian Chinese Community Association - South East Sydney Community Aged Care Packages (CACPs)

Provides Community Aged Care Packages (CACPs) to eligible clients. CACPs are planned and coordinated packages of care to help older people remain living in their own homes. The types of services that may be provided as part of a CACP include: bathing, showering, assistance with personal hygiene, social support, transport, laundry, meal preparation, and gardening. Australian Chinese Community Association of NSW provides 30 packages in South Eastern Sydney (including 6 Housing linked).
