They can give advice on selecting a suitable dentist, usually giving up to 3 dentists in a caller's suburb. They can also provide information about local dentists who make house calls. Customers are advised however that the best person with whom to discuss their dental problems is their regular dentist or the dentist who carried out the treatment for them.
