About Australian Federation of AIDS Organisations (AFAO)

AFAO is the peak body representing Australia's community-based response to HIV/AIDS. AFAO's work includes education, policy, advocacy and international projects. AFAO member organisations include: all State and Territory AIDS Councils, nthe National Association of People Living with HIV/AIDS (NAPWA), the national organisation for sex worker groups (Scarlet Alliance), and the Australian Injecting and Illicit Drug Users League (AIVL).
