A private not for profit organisation that offers all aspects of home based support including: Attendant care (personal care, nursing care, meal preparation, domestic assistance, shopping, socialisation, respite care, childcare, and 24 hour live in care), case management and rehabilitation for clients with complex needs or those anticipating hospital admission. Services are available to clients of all ages illnesses and disabilities, including those with aged related conditions, intellectual disabilities, trauma following road and work accidents and those who have recently been discharged from hospital. We have considerable experience with high need clients and those with behavioural problems and demonstrate a flexible approach to clients needs. All profits go to assist people with MS (Multiple Sclerosis).
