About Australian Red Cross - Telecross

Telecross volunteers provide reassurance and comfort through daily telephone calls to those housebound due to age, frailty or social isolation. If the call is not answered, a home visit will be made. Telecross can also provide a call for medication prompting (where no other service is going in on that day).nThe service extends to taking recipients on outings and sending Birthday and Get Well cards to keep in touch.
