About Ballarat Eureka Diabetes Support Group (BEDSG)

In April 2010, the Ballarat Eureka Diabetes Support Group (BEDSG) was launched under the Diabetes Australia Victoria Comnet support group umbrella and is run by Convenors Sheree Rennie (Credentialled Diabetes Educator) and Cheryl Bright, both who live with diabetes.nThe BEDSG group is for people with all types of diabetes, their families, friends, others in the community and those at risk of diabetes. Our goal is to increase awareness and promote good diabetes care and support in the local and surrounding communities.nThe group meets 2nd monthly at UFS Head Office Board room at 206 Armstrong St Nth, BALLARAT VIC 3350 or at alternate site if a diabetes event has been organised. Meetings start in March and end in Dec of each year. A gold coin donation would be appreciated to attend each meeting to help with group running costs. RSVP for each meeting is required.
