About Baptist Community Services - Home Flexi Care Sutherland Community Aged Care Packages (CACPs)

Provides Community Aged Care Packages (CACPs) to eligible clients. CACPs are planned and coordinated packages of care to help older people remain living in their own homes. The types of services that may be provided as part of a CACP include: bathing, showering, assistance with personal hygiene, social support, transport, laundry, meal preparation, and gardening. Home Flexi Care Sutherland provides 36 packages in Sutherland, also a provider of Veterans home care.
