About Barwon Inclusion Support Agency (BISA)

BISA supports children with additional needs and those with a significant delay in physical, communication/language, cognitive, social or emotional development. Support is available to Commonwealth funded Children''s Services Staff to build their knowledge and capacity to include all children, including children with additional needs into child care.
