Assessment for CACPS and EACH packages are done by ACAT. Provide EACH Packages, CACPS packages and EACH dementia packages.nPERSONAL CARE SERVICES: Services are for frail aged and people with disabilities. People can self refer or services can refer using CIARR. Service provides personal care: bathing/showering, grooming, transfers in and out of bed, toileting and continence support.nLOWER HUNTER FLEXIBLE RESPITE: People can self refer. Targets include older people caring for a younger person with a disability and who live in the Port Stephens, Dungog, Maitland and Cessnock areas. Carers older than 65, or 45 for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander backgrounds and carers that have cared for someone for more than 30 years are considered priority for access. The following types of respite are available: In home Respite Care, Emergency Respite Care, Recreational Respite, Host Family Support.
