This service provides respite to carers of school aged children with a disability. A respite plan will be designed in collaboration with the carer, care recipient and Coordinator. This will ensure that the activities chosen are best matching the needs and abilities of the children and the needs of their carers. Service activities include: In home respite, day outings, centre based respite (school holidays ONLY)nn*Please be aware that respite is designed to allow the carer a break from the caring role and cannot be used for work purpose, this program is not a Before and After School Care and Vacation Program
