Belswan Lifestyle Village in Mandurah caters for the 55 years and over. This village is a combination of owner occupied and lease for life units.The village has 249 Independent Living Units made up of two and three bedrooms . Public transport is nearby; also a weekly transport is available. The complex provides bowling, has an indoor swimming pool and community outdoor BBQ area.
