To provide facilities and services that meet the individual long term care needs of people who are aged or disabled. Some of the community programs include domestic assistance, garden maintenance, personal care, host family respite, respite, social supportday care centres and a meals service. Host family-care is provided in either the host family's home or in the care recipient's home.usually for a period of 3 nights, costing $30 in total. They are also HACC and CACP providers.nThis service is now on site at Bethanie waters Lifestyle Village and ACF. They also have aviailable extended hours day centre that is available from 7am-6.30 pm for working carers NRCP funded.nThese services are available from Kwinana , Port Kennedy, Rockingham, Mandurah, Pinjarra and Shire of MurraynCACPs-(9724 4574)- x64 forShire of Waroona.They are NRCP-funded to offer Flexible respite options in home and with host family for up to 3 days.
