The City of Mandurah's Billy Dower Youth Centre team are there to help the community to provide activities, programs and events for young people A co-located or multi-agency approach to driving various youth programs , among which are :-nAlternative Education ProgramsnPeel Adventure Gaming SocietynTown TVnBilly Dower Boxing Clubn Challenger TAFE ProgramsnYoung Women's ProgramsnThe Dower after school activity programnSchool Holiday Program n THE BILYIDAR PROGRAM is nthat provides educational outcomes, lifeskills and knowledge of indigenous culture and is aimed at disaffected 16yo.nThe Bilyidar program has been made possible for 2007 due to the support from: Mandurah Senior Campus, WA Police, South Metropolitan Area Health Service, City of Mandurah, Disability Services Commission, Community First Inc. & the Department of Education and Training.
