Provide meeting rooms and support for educational, cultural and community groups or activities. 3. Supply Community Aged Care Packages 4. Provide bilingual ethnic specific casework servic 5. Provide Free immigration, tax and legal advice as well as English conversation classes. 6. Programs for youth from refuge and emerging communities. 7. Provide training to small community groups and organisations regarding capacity building. 8. Support to families with children 0-8 years who live in the Blacktown LGA. 9. Support and information for women during pregnancy and parents with children up to the age of 2 years.
