The Blue Mountains Counselling Centre has a team of male and female counsellors, psychotherapists, couple and family therapists. We see individuals, couples, families, children and adolescents for a broad range of issues, including: depression, postnatal depression, anxieties and worries, relationship difficulties, self esteem issues, sexual abuse, etc. We can offer longer term psychotherapy, dream analysis and Buddhist psychotherapy.
