About Break Thru People Solutions

Transition to work - assists school leavers who have completed Year 12 who have a disability with moderate to high support needs to develop pre-vocational skills to provide the transition from school to the workforce and further training. Referral is required through NSW Schools to DADHC for access to this service. Geographical area covered by this service: Dubbo, Narromine, Trangie, Wellington, Yeoval, Gilgandra, Coonabarabran and Coonamble. nCommunity Participation - a service designed to provide school leavers who have completed Year 12 who have a disability with moderate to high support needs with opportunities for continued learning, life skill development and participation in the community through community work, continued education, and living skills programs.
