Develops employment plans, conducts job search on behalf of the client and provides on-site training and support. A key aspect of the service is that clients don't need to be seeking full time work to be eligible (eg consumers can work as little as 8 hrs and their pension is not affected). Support is ongoing for as long as the client needs. Staff can organise wage subsidies for employers.
