About c u @ home Young Parent Nurse Home Visiting Program

This program aims to promote understanding of pregnancy, and to promote young women getting to know their babies as they mature. This is a voluntary program, for young women aged 15 to 19 years having their first baby and between 28 and 32 weeks pregnant. Other issues to be considered include level of support, financial problems, isolation and mental health issues.
